Scoop
its ok, some flavors are god awful. and a lot of the flavors linger way too long for my like. for the price, its not bad though
chinamon
i <3 nakhla.the one thing i dont like about it is the buzz. i cant sit there for 3-4 hours and smoke it.thats why im constantly switching between nakhla and al fakher.
dafunk5446
I love it as well, the last week its all I have smoked. I still love tangiers but like you said its faster, and easier to deal with then tangiers. As for the gross flavors, every brand has some nastyness, and I prefer the super strongness of most Nakhla flavors. I still love my tangiers though. Hojo
QUOTE (Scoop @ Feb 9 2009, 01:26 PM) <{POST_SNAPBACK}>and a lot of the flavors linger way too long for my like. This is the one thing I have against Nakhla. After a Nakhla session, the bowl, the stem, the vase, the hose, EVERYTHING smells really strongly of the flavor until they are cleaned.Other than that, it is cheap, easy to pack, easy to manage heat, produces thick smoke, has strong flavor, buzzes like a beast...what's not to love? AKammenzind
Nakhla is the majority of what I smoke. I can get it for 5.50 a 250g locally, tax free... so it's 1/3 the price of tangiers after shipping. Great stuff.

inino
Ive only smoked little nahkla in the past, but it was pretty good. this thread is sparking me into making a nahkla order. what flavors should i avoid?
Ebzen
Nakhla is one of the very few brands available over here without having to order online with massive taxes and shipping costs (ye, I order large when I order ), and that alone is a major plus in my book. The fact that it is pretty cheap and gives a really good smoke + one hell of a buzz makes it one of my favourite brands.

mattarios2
Nakhla is in fact king, I agree, great shit, cheap, huge clouds, awesome flavors, huge buzz. There are only a few flavors I don't like. And about the lingering, I wash my hookah, etc after every bowl so that doesn't really matter for me. I've yet to run into a Nakhla flavor that I didn't like... although I will say that earl grey is a touch too strong sometimes, giving something of a throat tickle. Great flavor still. The mizo is even better, but you need to let it sit out for about 1 hour to get rid of the floraly flavor it has.
Hobbs
Give Nakhla Sherezade Cinnamon a try.. I got some a couple days ago and it's fantastic. I did a review in the Nak section.Only Nakhla flavor I've tried however.
Balthazar
Tangiers used to be my favorite brand, but the humidity where I live makes it really hard to work with. Smokes a lot better in summertime than it does in the winter ... I think Nakhla might be my new #1. The Tangiers-flavors I like outnumbers the Nakhla-flavors I like, but the Nakhla-flavors I like is so awesome that it would be unfair to let quantity outweigh quality. Also, Nakhla might be the only brand that I've never ever had any problems with, 100% consistent quality for a cheap buck.Double Apple, Mandarin and Strawberry are my favorites. mattarios2
so you like almost all of them, heh.I like most of the ones you named excluding tropicana, had a few good bowls of it but something happened and just started to not like it. And a couple others I wasn't a fan of but yeah the majority of those are very good.
